One Christmas gift River was quite excited about was her sparring gear. Now that she has the kit officially certified by the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain, she is allowed to spar during class. Watch out for that sidekick!
Sage has been doing quite well at TKD as well. She graded for her yellow tag a few months ago and has really been working hard recently. Here she is practicing with her friend, Georgia.
