We saw this fellow on the streets of York last weekend. He used a pedal-powered jigsaw to cut kids’ names as souvenirs. The kids could choose from several different wood colors. I was very impressed. It reminded me of Fred’s pedal-powered soap, which I recommend highly.

I can see why this reminded you of Fred! Was he working on your name while Andy was taking the video, River? If so, I’d love to see it–I couldn’t quite make out what he held up at the end. Sagey must have one too! Love, Grana
