We spent some time last night skipping rope. Sage has gotten quite good at it. Apparently, it has been something of a craze among the kids in her class at school. She’s the current record holder at our house.
The kids finished school for the year last Friday. They both had sports [...]
Molly recently got back from a Tae Kwon Do workshop. It sounds like she had a great time. The workshop was in a beautiful spot on the southern coast of Spain. There was plenty of time to enjoy the water and the sun in between workouts.

I just saw that my old friend Chris has a new recording available. Check out some of the his music and perhaps order the cd at chrisjamison.com.
We miss you already!
