River learned to knot her own tie yesterday. She was very proud!
Also, you might note that her tie has little red checks on it. This is to signify that she is in Tedder House. I’m not really sure what that means yet, but I’m thinking Quidditch? And if you look really, really carefully, you might see that she has appropriated a navy blue finger-knit cord to make a headband since it matches the school colors.

You two are soooooooooooooooooo cute! And I see that the daffodils are open now! I never have learned to knot a tie, River! Your daddy and Tio used to have to run up to Neil’s house whenever they were going to wear a tie–which wasn’t very often!! Love, Grana
